The Czech proptech Realpad Software, founded by Marian Skvarek in 2012, recently entered the Romanian market. Realpad functions as a sales management platform and supports the sales, marketing and sales management teams of developers in the residential market and, practically, simplifies the work of the agents and sales managers in the residential market and the company aims to become a market leader.

The Romanian branch of Realpad will be run by Jakub Licak (32 years old), from the position of business development manager. Jakub graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, specializing in international business and has been in the company since the beginning, since 2012. He has now relocated to Bucharest and is dealing with the company’s international expansion, and his main targets are Romania , Bulgaria and the Benelux.

„We are currently investing in international expansion as well as in the product and our goal is to become European leader in technology services for residential developers. In Romania we already have two clients and we negotiate partnerships with other Romanian and international developers. We perceive the Romanian market as very progressive and we believe that we will succeed”, says Jakub Licak, business development manager of the company.

Realpad’s product portfolio is specifically tailored to the needs of residential developers. They support developers in their daily schedule, thanks to end-to-end systematization, automation and digitization of the sales and after-sales process. Most users use Realpad products in sales, either internally or externally or a mixture of both to simplify sales, which leads to about saving up to 20% of the time for customer developers’ sales managers, time that can be allocated other projects.

Realpad software

The software produced by Realpad is a digital ecosystem, which includes CRM software, a sales application, a customer portal and an application that manages possible construction errors, each with its own role.

Thus, the CRM software, Realpad heart and brain, stores and manages all contacts, inventory, transactions, and contracts in one place and supports and manages the sales team, and the tablet application is a front-end interface and is connected to the software CRM.

It provides information about each project, its location on Google Maps, plans and views of buildings, neighborhoods and each apartment with its status (for sale, booked or sold) and connects the buyer with the sales team, and the changes are mirrored in both software CRM, as well as on the developer’s website.

The customer portal is a customer interface where I can find all the information about the purchase, including payments, documents, etc. Developers also use the customer portal as a communication tool to inform their customers about construction updates, the delivery process, etc.

This module was also used to digitize the teaching process in the Sky Park project in Bratislava, a premium residential project designed by Zaha Hadid.

Customers in Romania

In Romania, the company already has two major clients, AFI Europe, which uses the company’s CRM services in all markets where it is present, and the Romanian developer Forty Management, controlled by entrepreneur Lucian Azoiței.

“We are already negotiating with other prestigious developers to integrate sales and after-sales operations in Realpad software and we intend to significantly expand our customer base in the coming months. We have the most complete residential sales software and I think that the developers on the Romanian residential market will also notice this ”, explains Jakub Licak.

The software produced by Realpad, which is constantly improving, is superior to most other solutions used by developers, which generally focus on leads, while Realpad encompasses most of the marketing and sales and after-sales activities of partner residential developers and mirror the entire business with a few clicks.

Through the Realpad platform, over 20,000 housing units were sold last year, and the company’s portfolio includes over 200 residential projects and 60 developers in 12 markets.

Realpad is also a founding member of the PropTech Association in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and a member of the PropTech Lab (a Belgian community of real estate innovators). He is currently co-organizing the first PropTech international event in South East Europe: PropTech Bulgaria 2020.
