JLL Romania has been appointed as project manager of the Renault Romania’s new headquarters which will have a leasable area of 47,000 sqm and will provide technical consulting services.
JLL will provide cost management, project management services, health & safety monitoring, site inspection and technical sales support services.
The headquarters of Renault Bucharest Connected will be located at Preciziei Street, close to the means of transport (underground, bus) and is classified as Class A. Moreover, it will have a showroom for Groupe Renault vehicles, 1,000 parking spaces, medical cabinet, restaurant, IT infrastructure etc. The office building construction started recently and the delivery is scheduled for the first quarter of 2019.

JLL continues its very good collaboration with Globalworth after last year’s delivery of Gara Herastrau, an office building of more than 12,000 sqm, located in the northern area of Bucharest. The new office building is an important project for JLL, and the collaboration with the most important investor in the Romanian office market on the one hand and the largest Romanian company on the other hand is a great honor for us”, said Cezar Florea, coordinator of the Project Management Department of JLL.
JLL’s Project and Development Services Department has a diverse portfolio of industrial projects, office buildings and fit-out office space of more than 100,000 square meters with cumulative value over EUR 150 million.
