NRCC, Lugera & Makler Romania & Aon Romania will host on October 19, an interactive & practical Knowledge Center dedicated to employee engagement at Athenee Palace Hilton Bucharest, starting from 18:30.
Selecting, recruiting, developing, rewarding and engaging the employees on the long term are the issues that companies confront with currently. The guest speakers will offer an overview on what’s new, and what’s working now in employee engagement. There will be two interactive sessions presenting analysis, solutions, best practices and case studies, such as building engagement in a remote working team for one of the largest online retailers in the world.
Bogdan Gabor, national operations manager at Lugera is one of the speakers. He joined Lugera as project manager in October 2010 and in 2012 was named regional sales and operations manager for the western part of Romania. In August 2016 he took over the role of national operations manager.
The other speaker will be Virginia Pauna, project leader at Best Employers Romania. Pauna is leading in Romania the engagement survey organized by Aon Hewitt globally for 20 years. She coordinates the project locally for the 4th consecutive year ande has more than 8 year experience in Human Resources area, in employee engagement and satisfaction and in employee benefit plans.
