Companies invited to take part in the Organizational Well-Being Index for Romania

The Business Review magazine together with D&D Research and specialists within Bucharest University, through a research approach, invites the Romanian companies to measure the well-being level of their employees and of the organizations in which they activate.

The research started at September 1, will generate the Organizational Wellbeing Index and has as objective the recognition and awarding of the highest marks, as well as the positive initiatives related to the well being dimensions.

The project is composed of the research stage during September-October, when 18 well-being dimensions will measured and the event (Gala) where the companies with very good results will be awarded.

OWB Index is not only the first one that uses a dedicated scientific instrument, but it also measures the dimensions of wide interest, such as burnout and workahalism. Through the partnership with D&D Research, we are glad to offer the participant companies extremely useful results for development of efficient and sustainable well-being policies for free, “ said Adina Cretu, marketing manager at Business Review.

The benefit of this study is the access to a measurement scientific instrument, data that allow the compatibility within the industry that they activate in, information about the most frequent antecedents and consequences of OWB and customized reports for every company.

This first edition of the study focused on seven industries: Pharma & Healthcare, Telecom, IT&C, Professional Services, Retail, Banking & Finance. Any company registered in Romania active for at least 12 months and with at least 50 employees can subscribe to the study.
