CTP has appointed Ana Dumitrache as co-country head for CTP Romania. She will coordinate operations with CTP CEO, Remon L. Vos.
Dumitrache has a experience in real estate and finance, with a career in banking. She worked in Romania banks and she cooperated with top developers in the CEE.
As co-country head, she will be responsible for funding, finance & accounting, focusing on business development in particular, and will support the overall operations of CTP in Romania. Also, she will keep the connection with partners.
CTP is a Dutch developer & investor and the owner and operator of the CTPark network. Current investments are valued at approximately EUR 250 million. CTP is currently constructing various A-class industrial properties in Bucharest and regional cities with the plan to grow the portfolio to 1 million sqm of leasable area by 2018.
