Competition Council has started an investigation at the International Airport Cluj

The Competition Council has started an investigation into a possible abuse of dominant position of the Autonomous Office of the International Airport Avram Iancu Cluj, according to a release of the institution.

The airport from Cluj, the second biggest airport from Romania, was transited last year by almost 1.5 million people.

The investigation refers to a possible refuse of the Autonomous Office to give access to the air harbor infrastructure necessary for the land handling services  accomplishment on the  International Airport Avram Iancu Cluj.

During the investigation an unexpected inspection was made at the office of the International Airport Avram Iancu Cluj. The files taken during this inspection are analyzed by the Competition Council within the investigation procedure.
