JLL announced on Tuesday that Silviana Badea (photo) is the new head of Capital Markets department in Romania and will take over the growing business and will coordinate the eight current exclusive sales mandates of JLL.
According to a press release, she will continue to promote Romania as a target for investors, considering the latest record transactions performed last year and the increased interest coming from the new players planning to enter the market.
Badea joins JLL after 5 years as Country Manager for VALAD in Romania, where she was responsible for the company’s industrial and office assets, following 5 years in another consultancy company.
