Patricia Dragan will take over the HR department for the entire group which currently employs over 130,000 people in seven countries.
Patricia Dragan worked CFO for Kaufland Romania in the last few years and moved to Germany in summer of 2014 to undergo several training programs. In the near future she will take over the HR department, according to sources in the company quoted by zf.ro.
Since Dragan doesn’t have any information listed publically on her background, sources on the market say that she also worked in the past as financial director for Billa and Baumax.
Adrian Viman will take over Kaufland’s management this spring, after the announcement the company made in December last year. Viman is moving into a position where he will be in charge of a 700-unit network with EUR 13.5 billion sales in 2013.
