PayPoint Romania named Mihaela Pavel as Operation Manager

PayPoint Romania, the leading operator of cash payments and electronic charging through retail outlets, named Mihaela Pavel as Operations Manager. In this role, Mihaela coordinates the Contact Center, Support & Compliance and Credit & Collection departments.

These departments handle many PayPoint-related activities across the network: checking, processing, setting up contracts with their retail partners, processing the feedback received and providing prompt answers, ensuring that a business relationship is established in line with contractual terms or avoidance of fraud.

Mihaela Pavel has a 26-year career in the financial industry, started alongside Raiffeisen Bank, which enabled her to understand the organizational culture of a multinational, in order to develop his experience in OTP Bank Romania and BRD – Groupe Société Générale. Mihaela has spent more than half of her career in banking and the area of ​​expertise includes: approval, collection and monitoring of retail loans, simple payment and documentary systems, cash operations management, debts, back-office treasury.
