The PARCURS BRU>><<BUH exhibition at ARCUB Bucharest includes video installations, textile art, performance, painting and sculptures by Belgian conceptual artists Pierre Van Hulle and Léa Scope. It is inspired by the contrasts offered by Romanian society, which is in a transformation process, between modernity and tradition. “Memory is a concept found recurrently in the works of the two artists, an idea that invites us to repeatedly go back to the past or travel towards the future,” says curator Simona Tartacuta.
