Business park West Gate, owned by Genesis property, expands Societe Generale European Business Services’ offices, reaching to 17,000 sqm overall. The contract signed with West Gate will expire in 2024.
„We continue the development of our operations in Romania by expanding our operations in West gate, with additional 2,600 sqm. The development of our activity in one location is an advantage for building an organizational culture that encourages cohesion and collaboration. Currently we have over 1,400 employees and the expansion will allow us to reach in the future 2,000 employees. The quality of the offered services and the owner’s flexibility regarding our continuous development need, led to the adoption of long-term consolidation decision with West Gate partnership,” says Thierry Blain, COO al Societe Generale European Business Services.
„The surfaces rented by the West Gate have increased by 6 times since 2012 , when we rented the first 2,600 sqm. We are working on a mutual strategy of consolidation of Societe Generale European Business Services, in a building exclusively dedicated to them. We continue to focus in 2018 on the improvement of already existing facilities, as well as on the creation of new facilities, ” said Stefan Tudos, vice-president of Genesis Property.
The contract with Societe Generale European Business Services for the new space entered into force at the beginning of 2018.
West Gate comprises a total lettable area of 75,000 sqm.
