The Embassy of Islamic Republic Iran and the Romanian Peasant Museum organize the week of Iranian culture- exhibition of Persian art and handicraft, from January 30 until February 4 at the Aquarium Room of the Romanian Peasant Museum, from 10 AM to 6 PM. The exhibition comprises a series of paintings of the known painter MAHMOUD FARSHCHIAN, a collection of archeological imitation of bass relief, and columns from Persepolis / Takht-e Jamshid, the former capital of Persia, currently considered by historians and archeologists the eighth wonder of the old world; Persian handmade rugs and handcrafts.
