JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel has completed the renovation of the last four floors (220 rooms and 13 suites) after an investment of approximately EUR 4 million, as the hotel marks its 19th anniversary in Romania this fall.

“We are happy to unveil the completion of the guestroom renovation at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, offering our guests the latest in comfort and style, through a redesigned product that embodies the JW Marriott brand’s approach to design, and responds to our guests’ needs of wellbeing,” says Tino Lindner, General Manager of JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel.

The 402 guestrooms, including 23 suites, offer intuitive design and functionality. Furnished with a neutral color palette and blue accents, the Danube River and nature create a harmonious canvas that cultivates a sense of deep focus.

The new guestroom design is both eco- and user-friendly, with low-consumption LED lighting, energy-saving thermostats, smart LED televisions with full HD resolution (48” in Executive rooms and 55” in apartments), and a multifunctional desk with integrated power panel (220 and 110 V power outlets, TV HDMI, smart phone and device connectivity). Furniture, accessories and implementation were managed with local and EU resources and specialized construction teams.
